Hello,
I am a college student who is moving from Rolla, Mo to San Antonio, TX this May. I need someone to transport my horse to San Antonio and I am felxable on dates. My horse is my baby so please on experienced transporters.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipping provider had a situation arise that needed immediate attention and he had to cancel the trip. He kept me in the loop the whole time and was great a communicating.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had to contact the Service Provider on two occasions prior to the pick up to clarify dates and location. Not once did the Service Provider pick up the phone or email me to verify times and coordinate with the pick up and drop off. That in it's self is unprofessional and unacceptable.
My horse was scheduled to be picked up today, so I called the Service Provider last evening to clarify the time and make sure they had the correct address. They clarified they would be picking up between 12-1

Was very pleased by the condition my horse showed up in. Transporters were great to work with. Original pick up time was not working out and Jill pushed back her whole day to convince my friend at the pick up location. Was very pleased and would use them again. They have my recommendation ! Thanks for all your help!

I had a wonderful experience with this service provider. My horse arrived faster than anticipated and in great shape. They also were easy to get a hold of and checked in everyday of the trip. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!!
