this shipper is about as unprofessional as they come, advertised pickup would be within 3 days of booking and delivered within 5 days of pickup. 7 days after booking bike was not picked up and he didn't even make any arrangements to pickup. he said that things were just to hecktic and he hadn't even given my bike a thought. I called him numerous time to ask him to contact pickup location and every time it was ok I will tomorrow, and he never did. I wouldn't let this guy ship my dead dog.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The check for payment did not clear the bank before scheduled pickup. He will have to find another transporter. I wish I could've helped.

Good communication, super fast delivery. Did everything he said he would do. I would use him again, very pleased.

I am very pleased with the quality of service I D Transport gave me. They did everything that they said they would do and were very professional, I would definately use them again and I would also reccommend them to anyone wanting to ship a motorcycle. They picked up my bike in Dallas TX. on a Saturday and delivered it to my home in OH the following Tuesday morning. Thanks I D for doing a great job.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper advertised that the pick up would be completed within 3 days of shipping and delivered within 5 days of pick up. It has been 7 days since booking and bike has not been picked up yet and shipper said maybe in 3 more days he could have it back to his shop then another 5 days before I would have it. Shipper didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know that bike wasn't even picked up and that no arrangements have even been made yet after 7 days have past.His comment was things hav
