I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was told "I should be there by Wed or Thu" not a promise at all. P/u from a business that is closed on Fridays...unless I am told otherwise I have to believe a business is open M-F 9-5. This is a fluid operation and requires flexibility or specificity at least. I included in my bid a 14 day p/u window because of uncertainty;I hate to lose any job but there are always obstacles to overcome and with them come delays.If and when you relist this, please give prospects all the details, thanks Response from Andrew C.: Shipper needs to alert customer of changes.

8/8/09 (Munser): we will pick up Wed or Thu of next week and should be delivering by Friday. I will let you know when I have a more definite time but those are my estimates right now.
8/9/09 (ajchang413): Could you also please confirm which date you were referring to? Pickup 8/12 and 8/13 or the following week on 8/19 and 8/20?

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Munser confirmed via e-mail that he would be picking up the shipment on either Wednesday, 8/12 or Thursday, 8/13, with delivery to be scheduled for Friday afternoon (8/14) or Saturday morning (8/15). When I had not heard anything by Thursday evening (8/13), I contacted munser to confirm pickup. I received a response Friday morning that they were going to pick up that afternoon (instead of the previously agreed Wednesday/Thursday).
