Stress free experience. transported a large, fragile item and took extra precautions to avoid damage. Was responsive and never kept me wondering. Would definitely use again.

I had a fragile, TINY, chihuahua puppy that I had not been able to get home to me for nearly a month. A shipper had canceled on me, once again and I was starting to lose hope. Tim appeared and offered to go out of his way to bring my pup home the next morning.If you need a pet shipped trust this guy, what could be more delicate than a 1 pound chi pup? My pup was hand held and slept in the warmth of a person's lap the 7 - 9 hour drive. No other shipper could offer better care!Also kept in contact
