Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Shipper leaves rude messages on the phone, has problems with payment and thinks a horse is shipped by the pound. Horse is not to be shipped for a while still. Would not recommend anybody sipping for this person.

Hey charlie, I was hopeing that you would give me a quote on a gypsy vanner colt that I need delivered sometime after aug 23rd but before sept 1st. I sent a bid request 2 days ago. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period i have been trying to get in touch with you all i have called both numbers for the last 3-4 days now, one is a cell phone number, why you all do not return phone calls i do not know, but i cancelled with you all because you refuse to call me back about picking up my horse, i will not recommended you to anybody.

Customer left very rude messages, paying was a problem and thought horses are shipped by the pound. Very hard person to deal with, would not suggest anyone shipping for this person. Will not transport for this person.
