The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was listed a Benny England. I received a phone call from a man claiming to be Joe England. Arrangements were made for him to contact the pick up location. He did not call the pick up location as discussed and when he did 6 days later, he expected to make the pick up within a couple hours of the call without an appointment. He was upset that he could not pick up the trailer until morning. Then he called back and said he would pick up the trailer without someone being the
