My uShip experience was very confusing. You charged me a $60 deposit. Okay. Not a problem. So I was expecting the service to hit my card. But the driver asked me to pay the $150 via a check on the spot. I did it, but do I get the deposit back? And why not run it through the card? So that was weird. I'll probably not use uShip again, but reach out directly to drivers.

Everything on the website was self explanatory except I could not find a number for Customer Service Representatives (CSR). If uship does not have CSRs, it would be a good idea to hire a few in case customers have a question that cannot be answered online.

My experience was great. We were unable to town the RV when we first arrived upnorth because of the large amount of snow that fell. Mike, our uShip person, went back home and returned with a plow truck to make a path through the foot and half of snow. The next day he returned with his tow truck and uncoved and towed our RV to us.
