This was a great transaction! At pickup we were waiting on a transfer to come through and he was very accomodating and was even going to go as far as putting on credit card so we wouldn't have to wait around and be late for our next scheduled stop. Payment was prompt, communication excellent! Great taste in bikes! Very appreciative of what you do for him. Sincerely hope to get the chance to work for him again!!

I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW FANTASTIC BOB & TERI WERE. I had a little dilema and it was Bob and Teri that saved me. Their customer service is #1. I haven't seen this type of service in at least 20 years.
COMMUNICATION: Absoultely incredible. From the moment I accepted their offer, to when they were on the way to pick up the item, once item was picked up and again when they reached the drop off point. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I left ONE voice mail message and they called back within 5 mins.
