Absolutely poor communication , truck was destroyed in mva. And the replacement was delayed. About one month. I requested he rebook three times however he would not listen he could not accept. Our loss As much as he is upset with me we he had every opportunity to find alternate means. He only had a month and he knew 3 days after accident on June 10 I should have just cancelled Naveen Unfortunately the circumstances of the accident and loss of life have some effect J

it was delayed by more then 7 days what i had confirmed with him before accepting the bid and i had accpted bid a month before the schedule shiping of car if promise that he will pick up around 10 july as i was moving from ontario on 13 th .but on 16th he told me he cant tell me when he will be picking the car and i can cancel with him if i wish too that to when i called him he never communicated,at that time i had no choice but to wait. Not proffesional attitude.

For someone to give review like this there must be a story. Was told a month ago of non fault injury accident Truck took 1 month to replace. He was given opportunity three separate times to rebook and cancel. He chose not too He was repeatedly told exactly where our truck was He wanted magic. Jim
