Tony was great, he kept in communication with me pre pickup at pick up and through out the whole journey... Accommodated the sellers scedual and ended up bringing my bike earlier than expected... I was more than satisfied to get my bike shipped in this manner and would definitely use and refer Tony to anyone shipping something that they need done right.. Sam
