About Me
Hi There, My name is Charlie and I find myself shipping vehicles from all over the US to Buffalo (or so) so I can import into Canada myself. I'm happy to work with a variety of different shippers, but often times have to place a fair bit of trust as I 95% of the time will not be present at delivery. Vehicles are usually dropped off at a VW dealership. If the vehicles are dropped off after hours, the KEY MUST BE APPROPRIATELY LABELLED WITH MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. If the drop-off occurs during the business day, THE KEY MUST BE APPROPRIATELY LABELLED WITH MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER and given to the service department. The receiver (VW dealer) will NOT be signing for my drop offs. I will be able to confirm receipt of the vehicles by an emailed or SMS picture of the vehicle at the dealership after it's been unloaded.

Charlie was a fantastic customer. He was always easy to reach by e-mail or phone. He was always courteous,respectful and eager to talk. Charlie had his contacts ready at both ends, he also knew what he needed to about his vehicle. There were no surprises with Charlie.

Dino was a fantastic help with the shipment of my oversize, rather finicky VW camper. My requirements made this shipment rather unusual, and everything was completed 100%, without the least bit of a hiccup.
