Bill was so great to deal with. He replied to my e-mails and text message right away, never leaving me hanging. Bill is a true pro in his field, he made sure the RV was secure inside and out at all times. He even took the time to wash the trailer, as it got pretty mucky driving through the mountains before he drop it off for my step-son in Kelowna. He went the extra mile by helping Keith set up the trailer in the spot he wanted. Job well done. I will use bill again.
