Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Lack of communication between shipper and transporter. I promised the shipper that I would be at pick up location on the 28 of september today is 27 and I am already at 167 miles from there and he decides to cancel me, because i did not answer my phone. I don't have a mailbox but I always answer my missed calls.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services One of the reasons I picked this shipper was because of the prompt resonses I recieved from him prior to booking my shipment. After the shipment was booked and the deposit was paid I tried contacting the shipper numerous times via email and phone to try and make arrangements for pickup of this item with a 3rd party. I tried 5 days before scheduled pickup to get him to call the 3rd party as they were on a very tight schedule, he never did call them at all, he only called me back 1 time days befor
