Rob has been more than a standard shipper. While I had a flat tire, I had to use the spare tire I had. Rob went out of his way to try and find me another tire in case I had another blow out. He stayed in constant communication with me and made sure all was ok.

Best shipper ever! Steve was like Superman! He went beyond my expectations in helping me get my shipment. He was prompt,professional,trustworthy,honest,& worked under tight deadlines. He kept in constant communication & was easy to talk to. When I ran into difficulties with others involved in the importation process, Steve went above and beyond his responsibilities to help me.
