The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time RoynBecky continue to be unprofessional. I have to call constantly to get in contact with Roy. He was booked to pick up the car on a Sunday, I had to call constantly since Friday before and finally got a hold of him on Sunday morning saying he can't make the pickup and he'll pickup the car on a Monday 11am. Monday came, no call, email nothing. I am cancelling my appointment, I have left him a message cancelling the pickup. All in all, I have wasted a total of 5 days from booking this pickup
