I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period the service provider was suppoised to pickup the bikes over a week ago. he claimed to have gotten injured and requested we wait till after the weekend. we did, and still, he hasnt picked up the motorcycle nor is he returning emails or phone calls !!!!!!!!!!! unless he confirms he will proceed asap, then i am willing to wait but if not, i want a full refund so i can relist
