I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Why do shippers like this guy have to tear a service provider down knowing he's got ALL of the information he needs if he just took a minute and went to our website and saw that we HAVE SUBSTANCE WITHIN THE INDUSTRY! It's all laid out there for ANYONE TO SEE! RIGHT ON OUR WEBSITE! W O W !!! The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been waiting for over a month to get my bike shipped. It still hasn't been picked up yet. Everytime I call and check on my shippment, Lauren keeps telling me that it is being picked up on a certain day and it never happens. Empire Transporation Worldwide has not lived up to its commitment. This guy is unprofessional and I have concerns that Empire Transportation Worldwide is a potential SCAM.
