My trucks arrived earlier than promised in excellent condition. Chris was excellent to deal with and kept me in the loop on every move. Very proffessional and would not hesitate to use them again.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services DF Hauling seemed to be inexperienced in what was required to complete the job. They could not get their own trucks across the border then demanded an upfront payment to sub the job out to another company. When I suggested a compromise they contacted USHIP and erroneously told them I hired another transporter. I was unaware there was a problem until I was contacted by USHIP. I am now left scrambling to make alternate arrangements. All in all a very frustrating encounter.
