The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pickup was scheduled for Friday October 22. He cancelled, rebooked Monday October 25, cancelled again and rebooked Tuesday. Cancelled Tuesday, rebooked for today Wednesday October 27. Verified via text "promised 100%" it would be done today. It is now 7 pm and nothing. I have a copy of the texts to provide if needed. We have run out of time and are using a different method.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider has excellent communication, just bad luck getting sick. The service provider has got covid and cannot pick up my shipment within the necessary timeframe.
