After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The agreement was for the movement for 1-20ft container from Toronto, ON - Whitby,ON
Sefano called and demanded we provide a forklift and unload the container at a residence and deliver the empty container to Brampton.
I was working on providing a solution however the consignee was in ruch for the product.
We look forward to working with Stefano in the future.

Stefanos sent us the paperwork for the pick up right away. The driver was able to unload after 5pm. We look forward to working with Stefanos again.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I have sent details of this issue to Uship early this morning outlining that the customer had not mentioned shipping items in the vehicle and that there were fees to be paid to the storage facility before car was to be released. Customer was not willing to pay based on our posted terms. We offered a driveaway service for them if they wanted to ship items in car. We did not feel comfortable with the new direction of the order and asked customer to call us back once they have made a decision.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The transportation company does not respond at my emails to communicate.
I called again this morning July 6, 2015 at 08:30 . I got same answer like previous time. "I will let you know in the afternoon. Now it is 14:50. Still nothing. I have to find alternative solution.

Although I appreciate the fact that he paid in advance for me an unexpected fee, I have been charged additional charge as warehouse cost from storage company as he pick it up Monday instead Friday as he told me.

Just an excellent and 100% professional. He was informing me on his way by sms where he was and when he is going to deliver.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider He said that he will transport the car by train! He didn't mention that on his description. I asked him about his mobile phone to contact him and he said he doesn't have one! I don't trust him.
Response from TECCTRANSPORT:
My bid included intermodal service. I explained to customer his vehicle was to be picked by flatbed, shipped via enclosed transporter on rail system and delivered to him via our own flatbed truck. I gave customer my, Uship, posted phone number which is answered 24 hours/ 7 days a week. Customer had not paid his storage bill where vehicle was parked and became agitated when I asked for payment upon understanding that he also was placing personal items in vehicle contrary to his posting.
