Gary was alone delivering a 600lb piano, the piano was not blanketed securely and the piano sustained considerable damage clearly shown in the photos. He refuses to accept responsibility and instead blamed the piano warehouse. His customer service decision was to hang up the phone on me. Who owns a professional moving company and doesn't have help to move a PIANO? Why would he think that one packing blanket would be enough for a 600lb PIANO? I do NOT recommend this company.

The customer is completely wrong
The piano was not damaged at all
The customers brother is just looking to argue because i told him CLEAN UP THE DOG POO WE ARE IN DANGER OF SLIPPING
It took 5 people to get piano in house and all are witnesses to the fact it was not damaged
