My whole experience with Jason was outstanding. His communication was great from answering questions while booking to pick up and final delivery. Jason was on point with his timelines both at pick up and delivery. He took care of my bike and even drove into the garage as I wasn’t home to receive it. I would not hesitate in using Jason in the future if I have to ship either of my bikes again. He was a pleasure to deal with and true professional.

The whole shiipment process was great with Michael. He arrived 15 minutes early to pick my bike up and stayed in communication the whole trip. I met him to unload and he arrived 8 minutes early. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did. Bery pleasant young man. Thanks Michael.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I agreed to have the shipper (Troy) ship my motorcycle with pick up in mid October for delivery 3 days later. Regrettably Troy's truck broke down and he has never been able to give me another date to ship my bike. I am leaving my current job site in 3 weeks and can no longer wait any longer. I have consistently reached out to Troy from my end looking for a solution and he recommended I look for another carrier. I have found another shipper on UShip who will ship the bike at a greater cost to me

It was unfortunate that the engine went in my truck, these things happen, and it takes time to replace it with another..as i state in texting, i purchased another truck, and will be back up and running in 2 more days,but i understand if you need to have another shipper haul your bike

Eaon was great to deal with. He was very professional and had great communication skills. He was exact with his times at both pick up and delivery. Most important my 2017 Road Glide Special arrived in perfect condition and he was kind enough to give it a boost before he left. I hope the timing works when I need to ship my bike back to Winnipeg as I'd definitely use his services again.
