John was a sincere and professional carrier. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does. There was a small dimple (size of a toonie) on the car upon delivery and John was great to deal with to make sure it was fixed. Thank goodness for paint less dent removal shops. You can't tell where it was. A good businessman is not defined by whether it not he has challenges but how he deals with them. I would definitely use John again.
