John was a joy to work with. He was very accommodating with scheduling and he and his family were instrumental in making it possible for me to make my scheduled flight (which would have cost me dearly had I missed it). He was always available on the phone for consultation and made good decisions for us. I would work with him again in a split second. Jim did a fantastic job for us. The motorhome had a few issues that we could not foresee and Jim helped get the necessary repairs done along the way. Did a great handoff of the unit when he arrived. We stayed in constant contact with him until he arrived. He was excellent at accurately describing the condition of the unit when he picked it up and was extremely knowledgeable about the functionality. Highly recommend him and will use him when we do this again.
